Do You like Strawberry?
Try This.


Fixings:

1 cup new or frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup milk ( dairy or non-dairy )
1 tablespoon honey ( discretionary )
Ice shapes ( discretionary )

Guidelines


 Flush the strawberries under cool water and eliminate the green tops. 

Cut the banana into pieces.

 Add the strawberries, banana, yoghurt, and milk to a blender.

Whenever wanted, add a tablespoon of honey for pleasantness and a modest bunch of ice blocks to make the smoothie colder.

Mix on high for around 30 seconds, or until the fixings are completely joined and smooth.

Add the ice 3D squares to the blender and keep mixing until the smoothie is thick and velvety.

Empty the strawberry smoothie into a glass and serve right away.
